This week no pics as I got to workout.
Good SMR session for the shoulders and stretch for posterior chain.
Then some gradually building intensity using the Illinois agility drill.
Then main workout:
Run 400 meters once
1 up to 10 reps of each of the following.
Atomic sit-up with 20#
Push press with 20 to 30# dumbbell ( users choice for challenge )
