I needed a higher rr because of the work being done prior to getting on spiro...more o2 demand I think.

- My glutes are feeling a combo of the bit of one leg we did and the KB Swings, Felt like I could actually use the glutes in the swings which is not normally the feeling I get -

ReplyDeleteThe swing should be a hip dominant exercise and really work hamstring and glute and core stabilization for sure...glad you noticed that.
