This week no pics as I got to workout.
Good SMR session for the shoulders and stretch for posterior chain.
Then some gradually building intensity using the Illinois agility drill.
Then main workout:
Run 400 meters once
1 up to 10 reps of each of the following.
Air squat
Pushup
Box jump
Atomic sit-up with 20#
Push press with 20 to 30# dumbbell ( users choice for challenge )

Missed the old ski machine
I have been missing my old ski machine for quite sometime ... Since one of the parts isn't working, it is more of a rope hanger than anything.

I liked it because I could get people who don't ski to experience a real life core to extremity movement.
So today during Kellys recovery during some airdyne intervals I tried putting the straps from ski machine on the ... And it works ... Likely even more challenging and smoother which is great!!

Sunday mornings
Back to the Sunday morning with Josh session as he gets prepared for another season in the NLL.
