Colin Doyle - Captain of The Toronto Rock lacrosse club came by the gym for a Functional Movement Screen.
Colin has been following a 2 to 3 day a week general conditioning plan for a little over 3 months now and is having some great results.
We just wanted to make sure there were no imbalances or issues.
Shown below is a video of Colin scoring a really clean score of 2 out of 3 on the deep squat. He is really close to a 3 and we will work on getting there over new month with some corrective exercise.

We then did a workout together which was great.
Good luck to the Rock in the Home opener this coming weekend...the games are being shown on the internet as well as TSN 2 !
