I have overlapped a few different aspects of the test.

In this test I have overlapped the following information:
Green = Respiratory Rate vs Wattage
Blue = Ventilation (L/min) vs Heart Rate
Pink = Respiration Rate vs Heart Rate

Not all tests bring the same results ... Much of the change is happening at Lactate Balance Point which is often the case ... But not always.
One of the reasons why it is so important to track performance on Balance Point if you are an endurance athlete is because it is often where many of the physiological changes do happen.
