Finally got the chance to go visit Joyride150 ... check out their website and you have to make an effort to get there.
Melinda and I spend a little over 2 hours riding the cross country loop and working in the pump track.
In this time Melinda was able to pump her way up the final ramp out of the pump track and made some great improvements. We took some video and were able to analyze some improvements in timing of upper body and hip movement to improve the pump track the next time we visit.

Words can't really explain the opportunities at Joyride150...there is a strength training area that also has a number of trainers for your bike...I think this is an awesome idea and we are going to use this area to do intervals on the trainer and recovery on the mountain bike working on some technical riding while fatigued...will keep you posted on some future workouts using the different aspects of Joyride150.
